Expect
Is Coaching the Right Solution?
Coaching stands for creating a unique relationship between coach and coachee. The coachee gets a safe space to explore areas to growth. He/she will be able to raise awareness and make sound decisions. Hence, coaching is a great solution if you want to support someone’s development.
Still, there are a few requirements for coaching to work:

  • Coachee is willing and open to coaching
  • The company is supportive of the time and money invested
  • The sessions remain confidential
How many coaching sessions are needed?
As many as needed. Typically, a coaching relationship will take 8-12 sessions. Still, many people have ongoing coaching support for their benefit. Finally, you can focus on a single project for 1-3 sessions.
Who would be my coach?

Your coach:
  • has a Certification from the International Coach Academy
  • is a member of the International Coach Federation.
  • has a certification from the British Psychology Society.
    With this, you can get many official Ability and Personality Assessments
What is Team Development?
It’s great that you ask.
Team Development is a set of initiatives designed to create, grow, enable or sunset a set. It focuses on topics such as: 
 
  • Communication
  • Conflict Management
  • Priorities
  • Vision & Purpose
  • Ways of Working together
  • etc.
 
When you work with Coaching for Work, you get a tailored approach to bring your teams to their best.
What are Assessments?
Assessments are tools to measure and identify different aspects of someone. They target Abilities or Personality.

Ability Assessments are best suited for Recruitment. You identify specific, measurable skills. You can also use these assessments with existing employees. In this case, the goal is to raise awareness and identify opportunities for growth.

Personality Assessments focus on Development. The aim is to raise self-awareness, understanding preferences, needs and behaviours. It also focuses on improving relationships and collaboration.

Where is Coaching for Work located?
Coaching for Work is based in Zurich, Switzerland. 
  • The Coaching sessions are in person in Zurich, or remotely (phone or internet) globally.
  • The Team Initiatives are in person and we can organise a solution so we travel to execute them.
  • The Assessments are available online globally or in person in Zurich and surroundings.
    The follow-up session to explore the results of the assessments can take place remotely or in person
Can you work in my country/city?

We can definitely travel because we often need to run these initiatives in person. But sometimes phone and video conferencing can be great alternatives as well.

Which Languages do you speak?
Coaching for Work can deliver coaching and team initiatives in English, Spanish and Portuguese. 

Regarding Personality and Ability Assessments, many are available in dozens of different languages. English is available for all assessments.

Video conferences were a big part of my job for many years so I truly believe in the power of remote communication.
Still, some projects, such as many of the team initiatives, need everyone to be in the room.
If that’s not an option for you, let’s discuss different alternatives – we’ll make it work!

How much does it cost?
If you have been looking for the pricing information, look no further. The prices vary depending on the service you want. 

A few things that impact the price:

  • Level of customization of a given team development initiative
  • Number of coaching sessions required
  • Number of assessments
  • Need for travel 
  • Materials required, when applicable. 

In our first consultation, we can discuss your budget and adjust accordingly. We will also make sure you get a prompt estimate. Then, you have no surprise costs and you are comfortable with the amount. 

What are the payment options?
We can work with most payment options and, if necessary, we can split into different instalments.
